About Fr. Greg

Rev. Gregory P. Houck, O.Carm. entered the Carmelite Order in 1985 and was ordained a priest in 1992. As a Carmelite he has been a high school teacher (teaching chemistry and religion), and a parish priest (in New Jersey, then Texas, then Illinois), and vocation director and a formation director. In 2020, he developed the theme “Gardening Tips from the Garden of God,” which holds great symbolism for our Order. I can promise you will not regret giving a few moments each day to reflect on the flowers Fr. Greg will provide us!
