June 2024

  • NOVENA TO OUR LADY OF MOUNT CARMEL.
The novena is prayed for nine days, July 7 through July 15. We will meet in the Fireside Lounge at 7:00 pm each evening for prayers and presentations. The theme for the novena this year is “Gardening Tips from the Garden of God” and is based on the video series by Fr. Greg Houck, O.Carm.
  • FEAST OF OUR LADY OF MOUNT CARMEL.
July 16, 2024 is the feast of Our Lady of Mt Carmel. We will celebrate by attending the 8:15 am Holy Mass together at Holy Spirit Church. Please wear your scapular and try to sit together.
  • 2024 PROVINCIAL DUES SUBMITTED.
Georgia submitted our Provincial Dues March 21, 2024. She has received an acknowledgement letter that our dues have been received. Thank you everyone, especially to those who were so charitable to cover dues for our Inactive members.
  • ADDITIONAL REGIONAL DAYS OF RECOLLECTION.
Our local Council has come to a decision about adding two more Regional Days of Recollection in Napa for 2024. Our council decision is that our community will attend two sessions yearly and not be obligated to attend the two additional days planned by the Region.  However, members may attend the additional days, if they so desire. These two additional Regional Days of Recollection in Nama are scheduled for August 24 and December 14.  However, priority is given to our Community meetings, which you must attend.
  • JUNE BIRTHDAYS.
    Happy Birthday Irene!
